One Piece Odyssey was very unique in a sense that it allowed for players to revisit the most iconic One Piece arcs while at the same time giving Luffy and crew a whole new story. Now the game is gearing up for a release of its first expansion, and we have a new trailer.

The DLC summary reads:
The famous pirates are finally resting after their unbelievable adventures on the island of Waford and in Memoria, the world made of their memories. But as they celebrate their last night together before sailing away, a girl who looks like Lim appears dressed in black clothes with her hood pulled over her face, holding a sinister black cube in hand… But who is she? The Straw Hat Crew will be forced back into Memoria and transported again to Alabasta, although it seems different from last time, and the cube needed to escape has disappeared!
We don’t know what arcs the DLC is looking to explore, but it’s definitely going to be interesting playing through them like we did with the arcs of the last game. While I expect the expansion to just feature a new story, it would be great if we could get some new playable characters in the Straw Hat roster as well.
No release date has been announced for One Piece Odyssey: Reunion of Memories yet, but hopefully the expansion comes out sometime later this year. Check out One Piece Odyssey now available for PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
